Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the Service

Okonomiyaki Restaurant provides industrial gastronomic equipment —steel griddles, exhaust hoods, and convection ovens— exclusively for B2B clients in Argentina. Access to the wholesale catalog and product pricing is available through this website. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for verifying that the technical specifications of the equipment (dimensions, capacity, voltage, installation requirements) are suitable for their project. Okonomiyaki Restaurant is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, or lack of maintenance according to the manufacturer's instructions.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Okonomiyaki Restaurant be liable for indirect damages, loss of production, loss of profits, or business interruption that may arise from the use or inability to use the purchased equipment. The maximum liability is limited to the value of the claimed product.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Okonomiyaki Restaurant commits to delivering the products under the agreed conditions, with the quality and technical specifications indicated on each equipment's data sheet. The customer agrees to pay the agreed price within the stipulated deadlines and to receive the goods at the agreed place and date. Any unilateral modification of the purchase conditions must be notified in writing and accepted by both parties.

5. Cancellation and Modification Conditions

The customer may request the cancellation of an order within 24 hours of the quote confirmation, at no cost. After this period, cancellation will be subject to a penalty of 30% of the order value to cover administrative and stock management costs. Okonomiyaki Restaurant reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes 15 days in advance through the website.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.

7. Legal Contact
